Ahead of the National Performance Contract Assessment, on the 22nd of January 2024, a team led by the Chief Director of the Volta Regional Coordinating Council , Mr. Augustus Awiti visited the North Tongu District Assembly to assess the Assembly on the 2023 performance contract. The team were highly expectant that the Assembly had done its due diligence. The exercise was a smooth one. After thorough evaluation of the stated indicators, the team admonished management and staff to take note of some key elements but all in all praised all stakeholders for a good job done.
